Fotaflo provides photo and video software for many businesses around the world. If you're having trouble accessing your photos this page will provide some simple help for common issues.
I didn't receive my photos
You should have received an email or text message from the business you visited. If you didn't receive your email please check your spam folder or other folders that it may have been moved to.
If you still can't find the email message please click the following link and complete the form and we'll try to find your album and send you the information you need to access your photos: Find my Photos.
I received the wrong photos
In the confusion of busy tours and activities it sometimes happens that the incorrect photos are delivered. If you received the wrong photos please click the following link and complete the form and we'll try to track down the correct photos of your tour: Find my Photos.
How do I share my photos?
From the photo viewing website you are able to share your photos with your friends and family by Facebook, Twitter, and email. See below for instructions on each sharing method.
Click to select the photos that you would like to share then click on the Facebook icon. The window will open to Facebook and you can log in to say something about your post and then click on Post to Facebook button.
Click to select the photos that you would like to share then click on the Twitter icon. A new tab will open and you can log in to add to your tweet of what you would like to share with your followers and then click the Tweet button.
Click to select the photos that you would like to share then click on the Envelope icon. A pop-up will open and you can enter the email addresses that you would like to share your photos with, along with a personal message. Click the Share button to send the email to the addresses you entered.
At this time there is no way to integrate with Instagram. This is a limitation imposed by Instagram: "We do not offer the ability to upload from the web as Instagram is about producing photos on the go, in the real world, in realtime."
How do I download my photos?
To download your photos please select the ones you want to download or hit the "Select All" button on the upper right of your album. Next, select the white arrow surrounded by orange on the upper left of your album. This will download your photos to your device individually.
iPhones and iPads
To save to your iPhone or iPad, long-press on the photo and it'll allow you to save it to your device.
How do I write a review?
If you had a great time and you would like to share your experience, click on any of the review buttons that are available (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google) and a new window will open where you can write your review.
How do I view individual photos?
Click on the magnifying glass on a photo to view your photos one at a time. In the single photo view you can scroll through the photos by using the left and right arrows on the screen or on your keyboard.
How do I purchase my photo album?
To purchase your photos please click the "Buy All For" button in the top middle of the screen. You will then be prompted to enter in your email and credit card information.
The photos are unfortunately not available for individual purchase, they are only available as a package. If you want to access and download the images without a watermark you'll need to purchase the entire set. After you purchase the photos you can then select and download the photos that you want.
Once your purchase is completed the screen will refresh and you will be able to access your photos without the watermark. You will also receive an email with access to your photos using the email you provided to complete the purchase.
