In the world of photo marketing services it's sometimes easier to learn by seeing examples of what works best. Here is an example album we've put together for escape rooms. There are a few important points about putting together photo albums that we want to highlight before we get to the examples.

  1. Providing a consistent set of photos to guests requires creating a repeatable plan for which photos you take.
  2. It's important to provide the right mix of photos. You can see below that most of the photos are individual intentional photos with only a few action photos and group photos.  Intentional photos are the most important photos to provide to your guests.
  3. Quality is more important than quantity when it comes to a photo marketing service.

Escape Room Photos

Escape rooms are all about the group experience, so you will focus on capturing photos of the group together. Make sure to have some well lit areas so you can see all of the guests faces clearly.

Getting Started

Capture the energy of the group before they start their experience. If you have different themed rooms, then create a space that shows the theme of the room before they enter to build on the excitement before they enter. 

In the Room

If possible try adding a camera in the room to take photos of the guests as they are solving the puzzle. These photos are less likely to be intentional, but they will add some variety to an album.

After the Experience

Take photos of the group after the experience. Have props available for if they solved the puzzle... or not. These photos can be positioned with your company logo or signs.
